STALLHOLDER INFORMATION
(to be read in conjunction with T&C’s)

Market Location

Pyrmont Bay Park, Pirrama Road (opposite The Star).

Operating Hours

The 4th Saturday of every month. Bump in from 6am. The market will trade from 7:30am till 12:00pm

Stallholders Fees

2.4×2.4m stall $275 incl. GST

3mx3m stall $315 incl. GST

Power 10amp TBC

Power 15amp TBC

Test & Tagging of leads $15

Equipment

Each stall holder will be provided with a high top marquee stall with white skirts, a white top, and three counters per stall. If you require additional equipment please contact Mick 0412-366-165.

If you require a sneeze guard, you can either bring one or they can be provided at an extra cost. All hot food stall holders must bring floor covers that cover the entire area, flooring can be provided at an extra cost.

If you require additional stalls or tables, they can be provided at an additional cost.

Stall Allocations

Regular stallholders will be entitled to maintain their spot on a month to month basis. Casual stall holders will be allocated a stall at bump in.

Parking

Parking for stall holders will be available at The Star across the road at no additional fee. There will be limited parking on site for trucks, please contact Mick Roche 0412-366-165 to discuss your requirements.

Rubbish & Waste

All rubbish and waste must be taken away by the stallholder. Please leave the fete stalls in the same condition in which you found them.

Sustainability

The Pyrmont Growers Market is committed to sustainability. Please use recyclable packaging, biodegradable bags and non plastic utensils for food.

Temporary Food Stall License

In order to participate at the Pyrmont Growers Market stall holders must hold a valid City of Sydney Temporary Food Stall License. Occupational Health & Safety Requirements

In order to sell food at the market you must have an up to date NSW Food Authority Food Safety Certificate and a food notification number.
